お肉の柔らかさ、サシと言うことで、和牛を使って例文を書きました。
和牛は既に｢Wagyu beef｣として、そのまま使われています。
1．｢柔らかい｣＝soft
食べ物にも使えます。
サシが入ったお肉＝｢脂肪が多い｣肉と言うことで、fattyを使いました。
肉やマグロなどの魚でfattyと言う表現は脂肪の旨みが多いということで、いい意味でよく使われます。
｢油が多い｣→｢脂っこい｣と、少し否定的に使うことがあるのが、
｢oily｣です。
例: Some Chinese food is very oily.(中華料理には脂っこいものがある)
2．サシが入った状態を｢marbled｣と言います。
大理石のようにマーブル状になっていることから来た言葉です。
例文の訳は｢和牛は非常にサシが入っていて柔らかい｣です。
｢tender｣はお肉類の柔らかさを表現するのによく使われます。
The word 'tender' is applied to meat when it is easy to cut or chew. The opposite of 'tender' would be tough. In a sentence we can use this as follows - "This meat is so tender it melts in my mouth."
'Succulent' is also another word meaning 'tender'. High quality meat that is properly prepared will have these properties.
「tender」は、肉が切ったりかんだりしやすい場合に使われます。
「tender」の反対は「tough」です。
文中では以下のように使えます。
This meat is so tender it melts in my mouth.
（この肉はとても柔らかく、口の中で溶けます。）
「succulent」も「tender」と同じ意味です。適切に調理された高品質の肉はこうした特性を持ちます。
When referring to meat , we often use the words tender and succulent. We don't usually say soft when referring to meat. To describe a good steak, we would say, "This steak is tender and juicy."
We referring to any other type food, you can use the word soft. For example, food for babies or elderly people and does not have to be chewed is called soft.
肉について言う場合、"tender"（柔らかい）や"succulent"（汁が多い）がよく使われます。"soft"は普通肉については使いません。
良いステーキを説明する場合、次のように言えます。
"This steak is tender and juicy."（このステーキは柔らかくてジューシーだ）
それ以外の食べ物については、"soft"（柔らかい）が使えます。例えば、赤ちゃんや老人向けの柔らかくてかむ必要のない食べ物は、"soft"と表します。
When explaining how 'soft' a meat is you can say it is 'tender' - which means that the meat has broken down and is very soft to eat. You can also say that it 'melts in the mouth' and this is a common explanation for beautifully prepared meats.
A similar meaning is if something is 'mushy' like baby food. But this is not what you want a delicious steak turned into!
肉が柔らかいことを表す場合、'tender'が使えます。'tender'は、肉がとても柔らかいことを表します。
また、'melts in the mouth'（口の中でとろける）と言うこともできます。お肉が見事に調理されていることを表現する一般的なフレーズです。
'mushy (like baby food)'（（離乳食のように）どろどろ）も似た意味ですが、これはおいしいステーキには使いません！
柔らかい食べ物はいつもsoftとtenderといいますけれどもう一個の表現があります。

もう一個の表現は”Like butter”です。バターみたいに柔らかいで、簡単にカットできる。
This steak is like butter/This steak cuts like butter
このステーキはやわらかいです。
There are many different words you can describe if a food is soft depending on what type of food it is
so for example if you were talking about meat you would say " that piece of meat is tender" you could also used the words soft or juicy to describe it being easy to eat
If taking about a cake then moist would mean it was soft and easy to eat

Normally, when foods are very soft in texture, we would refer to them as tender. For example, "The barbecue ribs were very tender." In this instance, we would also use the expression "falling-off-the-bone." Example: "The ribs were falling off the bone!"If you are not referring to meat, you can say that other foods are mushy. That is very soft in texture.
通常、食感がソフトなものを"tender"（柔らかい）と言います。例えば、"The barbecue ribs were very tender."（バーベキューリブはとても柔らかかった。）と表します。
この場合、"falling-off-the-bone"（骨から落ちる）という表現も使えます。例えば、"The ribs were falling off the bone!"（あばら肉が骨から落ちるほど柔らかかった！）
お肉以外の食べ物については、"mushy"（柔らかい）という形容詞を使って表します。
When you want to explain that certain food is soft, you can use the words "soft" or "tender". You can use these words in the the following ways:
-I enjoyed the steak because it was so tender.
-I like it when my steak is soft and juicy.
-I don't like the texture of soft food.
食べ物が軟らかいことを説明したいなら、「soft」または「tender」が使えます。

"Mouth watering texture" mouth watering is a common phrase used to describe a food or drink that is very delicious or even the appearance of it.
