②この寒さが私に頭痛を起こす。＝ この寒さのせいで頭が痛い！ となります。 「毎日」が抜けているので、そこを強調するために、 It is very cold these days. 「最近ずっと寒い」 などと最初に付け加えても良いでしょう。
③毎日とても寒いので、頭痛が治りません！ since ～, ～. で、since に続く内容が原因で、カンマ後の内容が起こっていることを表せます。 頭痛の原因が寒さであり、なかなか治らなく、とてもつらいのがよく伝わるのではないでしょうか。
