Spaced out - Someone who is spaced out is not completely conscious of what is happening, often because of taking drugs or needing to sleep: "I hadn't slept for two days and was completely spaced out." Light headed - dizzy and slightly faint, dizzy, giddy, faint, unsteady, light in the head, weak-headed, muzzy "She felt light-headed after relaxing in the sauna for an hour"
"I hadn't slept for two days and was completely spaced out." "She felt light-headed after relaxing in the sauna for an hour" (サウナで1時間ほどリラックスした後、彼女は頭がくらくらしました)

  • My body temperature does not want to cool down. The fever is bad and I feel terrible.

▪ My body temperature does not want to cool down. The fever is bad and I feel terrible. Body temperature = body heat terrible= extremely bad This indicates that you body heat stays high and that the fever is so serious that you feel extremely bad. Example Friend: Hey buddy, whats wrong? You look zoned out. You: My body temperature does not want to cool down. The fever is bad and I feel terrible.
▪ My body temperature does not want to cool down. The fever is bad and I feel terrible. Hey buddy, whats wrong? You look zoned out. My body temperature does not want to cool down. The fever is bad and I feel terrible.

  • I'm spaced out.

"spaced out" - this means that your mind is distant, as distant as the stars in space. You can't concentrate. "feeling out of it" - this means that you feel absent from everything that is happening around you. You're missing out on a lot of what is going on.
"feeling out of it" (何もする気になれない) - これはあなたの周りで起こっている事などに気持ちが入らない、何もする気になれない、問う様な意味になります。

  • My fever is not getting better and I don't feel with it.

A "fever" is a high temperature and to feel "spaced out" is when you are ill and don't feel as though you are in the world fully, so you can say "I have a fever and feel spaced out." You can also say you "don't feel with it" which means you don't feel fully awake or conscious., "My fever is not getting better and I don't feel with it."
"I have a fever and feel spaced out." "My fever is not getting better and I don't feel with it."

  • I'm not feeling well right now. I'm really out of it and it doesn't seem like it'll get any better.

  • I'm spacing out with this fever. It isn't subsiding.

    play icon

  • I don't feel to good and it's like i'm not even here.

    play icon

A very high temperature refers to a fever. Also, you can just say you aren't feeling well at all. When your mind wanders and you are not really "present" in your current situation you can say you're spacing it out. You are not really focused on what's happening here and now.
I'm not feeling well at all.(体調が全然よくありません)と言えます。 I'm spacing it out(ボーッとしてる)と言えます。
