「受け入れる」という言葉は英語で「accept」と言います。
「あなたの意見を受け入れる」という文書は英語で「I accept your opinion」と言います。
違う意見や見方を持つ方と会話をしていると「I understand your opinion / I accept your point of view」を言えます。「あなたの意見を受け入れる/あなたの見方が分かりました」という意味です。
「I accept your opinion」という文書は自分も同じ意見であるとは限らないですが相手の意見もありだと表わしています。
"Noted." or "Understood." is a casual way of saying that what has been spoken will be taken into account or something has been clarified. It is often used in meetings or discussions, and of the two, "Noted." is relatively informal.
"I'll take your opinion into account," is more literal translation, but it is more natural in written form.
"I see your point," can be used in various scenes. If you agree to the person you are talking to, you can say, "I see your point, let's reconsider our proposal." If you don't agree to the person but want to express it politely, you can say, "I see your point, but what I think is..."
