  • I don't quite get the context here

  • What is actually happening here?

In the situation where you understand the words and what is being said, but you are unsure why it was said, then you may talk about the context or situation - or scene or scenario or 'what is actually happeneing.' You could explain to your teacher that you you are unsure about the context. "What's going onj in this scenario?" for example.
単語の意味や何を言われているのかは理解できるけど、 何故それを言われているのかよくわからない場合は、 中身や状況について話すといいでしょう。 または場面や状況について尋ねるといいでしょう。 'what is actually happeneing.' (何が実際起こているのですか?) 先生に内容がよく分からないことを説明することが出来ます。 例えば "What's going onj in this scenario?" (この場面では何が起こっているのですか?) の様に聞くことが出来ます。

  • I know the words in the sentence but I do not understand it.

  • I know what you mean but I don't know how it feels.

"I know the words in the sentence but I do not understand it." This explains to the person that you recognise the words in the sentence but you do not understand what the sentence means. "I know what you mean but I don't know how it feels." This explains to the person that you know what they are saying but you have never been in that situation so cant understand it.
"I know the words in the sentence but I do not understand it." (単語の意味は分かるけど理解できません) これは文中のその言葉は分かるけど文章の意味がいまいちよく分かりません、と言う事を説明しています。 "I know what you mean but I don't know how it feels." (言ってる意味は分かりますが、ちょっとよく理解できません) これは何を話しているかは理解できるけど、そのような状況にあったことがないのでその状況がいまいちがよく分からないという事を説明しています。

  • I understand the words but I'm not sure of the meaning of the sentence.

  • I understand the words but I'm not certain of the meaning of the sentence.

The two sentences you see provided above are great ways to express to your teacher that you know the meaning of the words but you do not understand the meaning of the sentence. In the first sentence you will see the adjective sure and in the second sentence you will see the adjective certain. Both of these words mean to understand something completely.
上記はどちらも、言葉の意味は知っているけれど、文の意味が分からないと伝える言い方です。 一つ目の例には形容詞の'sure'、二つ目の例には形容詞の'certain'がそれぞれ使われています。これらはどちらも「完全に理解する」という意味です。

  • I understand the vocabualry but I don't understand the sentence?

  • I don't get the meaning of the sentence.

It is quite common to understand the vocabulary in a sentence but misinterpret the meaning and you are not sure why certain words fit into it instead of others. When we say we don't get something, we mean we don't understand. You can't get your head around it.
単語は知っていても、文章の意味を勘違いしてしまうことはよくあります。なぜその単語がその文章の中で使われているのかわからない時などは ”I don't get ---" と言います。 例 “I don't get the meaning of the sentence" (文の意味が良く分かりません。)

  • I understand the words but I don't understand the meaning of the sentence.

Native speakers will say like this: “I understand the words but I don't understand the meaning of the sentence”. There are lots of other ways to say it, but this one is the most accurate and most commonly used. Here is an example on how to use this in a conversation: A: Is everything clear in this excercise? B: Not really, teacher. I understand the words but I don't understand the meaning of the sentence. Can you explain it to me, please?
ネイティブスピーカーなら、このように言うでしょう: “I understand the words but I don't understand the meaning of the sentence”. (単語は分かるのですが、文章の意味が分かりません) 他にもいろいろな言い方ができますが、これが最も正確で一般的です。 会話で使うと次のようになります: A: Is everything clear in this exercise? [訳]このエクササイズは問題ないですか? B: Not really, teacher. I understand the words but I don't understand the meaning of the sentence. Can you explain it to me, please? [訳]いいえ、先生。単語は分かるのですが、文章の意味が分かりません。説明していただけますか?

  • I can understand the meaning of the words but I am unclear about the meaning of the sentence.

I can understand the meaning of the words but I am unclear about the meaning of the sentence. This is a simple sentence that means that you can understand the words by themselves, but not the meaning of the sentence.

  • I know what the words mean, but i can't understand what the sentence means

  • I understand the words but not the meaing of the sentence

  • I don't get the meaning of the sentence but understand the words

If you want to explain that you understand the words then you can say 'I know what the words mean' or 'I understand what the words mean' if you know what something means then you can say you understand it as well. All the above sentences would be a good way of explaining what you mean
単語が理解できることを伝えるなら、 'I know what the words mean'(単語の意味は分かります) または、 'I understand what the words mean'(単語の意味は分かります) と言えます。 何かの意味が分かる(know what something means)という場合、'understand'も使えます。 上記の例文どれを使っても意図を伝えられます。
