1. You may talk about the 'speed' of your writing - the rate at which you are able to complete a page.
2. You may talk about the duration - the time it takes to complete a page.
3. You may use the passive form (is completed) and remove your identity from the explanation. You may do that because the focus of the sentence is on writing speed and not who is doing the writing. If it's your journal, it will logically be you who does the writing.
All three phrases are acceptable to use. The first one is short and sweet. The second phrase makes it sound not so certain because we use the word 'about'.
When we like to show off in front of our peers, we may say 'it takes me 10 minutes max. to...'. This implies that we are really quick and will always finish on time!

This means that you would like to show off to your friends that you are a fast writer. In other words it is called bragging.
For example:
A:I can write one page in 10 minutes.
B: Oh wow. It takes me about 20 minutes.

It takes me 10 minutes to write one page' means that I can not do it in less than 10 minutes. I can not finish writing one page within 10 minutes. Within 10 minutes means inside 10 minutes. It can be 8 minutes or 9 minutes. But, in this case, it takes me 10 minutes exactly to write one page. If you say 'in 10 minutes, I complete one page', you are actually saying that 'given 10 minutes, you will be able to complete on page'. If you say that you write one page every 10 minutes, you are saying that given a period of one hour to narrate a story, you will write one page every 10 minutes. Therefore, after 60 minutes, you will have completed 6 pages.
So you may say:
It takes me 10 minutes to write one page.
or
In 10 minutes, I complete one page.
or
I write one page every 10 minutes.
"It takes me 10 minutes to write one page" は「10分ないと1ページは書けない」という意味です。「"within 10 minutes" で書くことはできない」ということ。"within 10 minutes" は "inside 10 minutes" という意味です、8分だったり9分だったり。

You can say 'one' or 'a' when talking about how many pages you write. You can also say 'in around' 10 minutes if this is approximately the time it takes you to write a page and not exactly.
However, the first two are also fine to use too, if it does not exactly take ten complete minutes to write one page.
If you want to say that it takes you ten minutes exactly, to the second, to write one page; then say: "It takes me exactly 10 minutes to write one page".
何ページ書くのかということを話すためには、”one"や"a"を使うことができます。一ページ書くのにおおよそどれくらいの時間が掛かるのかというのを説明するには、"in around"という表現を使うと良いでしょう。
しかしながら、一ページを書くのに１０分きっちり掛かるわけではないのであれば、初めの二つの文も使っても問題ありまん。
もしきっちり１０分掛かるということを言いたい場合には、このように言うと良いでしょう。
