3. I guess your silence means you have nothing of any importance to say
To say, "Don't ignore me!" has either a hint of desperation or a sense of menace in the tone and probably a better comment would be slightly sarcastic or quizzical one.
1. You may appeal to this person's sense of compassion.
2. you may appeal to this person's integrity.
3. You may imply that your friend is a little boring and has nothing to say.
"Do not ignore me." Tells the person to reply to your message and not to ignore it.
"Why are you ignoring me?" This asks the person to tell you why they are ignoring you.

I am wondering if you did not receive my letter; or you are just ignoring me?
Please don't ignore me. I really want to hear from you.
Sometimes, people get so busy that they forget to respond to letters, emails etc. Forgetting to respond to such communication can lead to souring of good friendships. Quickly responding to communication such as letters and e-mails is an excellent trait. If someone is found to be a person who does not respond to communication, people stop ever trying to communicate with him/her. So, if your friend has let you down by not responding to your letter, you may say to him/her:
I am wondering if you did not receive my letter; or you are just ignoring me?
or
Please don't ignore me. I really want to hear from you.
I am wondering if you did not receive my letter; or you are just ignoring me?
Please don't ignore me. I really want to hear from you.
Why have you not replied to my letter? Is everything ok?
If you are sure they are ignoring you you can ask "are you ignoring me?" as this will give them a chance to explain if they wish to.
It may be the case that other things have prevented them from responding and it is important not to jump to conclusions as if you accuse somebody of ignoring you it could cause problems with your friendship.
Instead you could ask "why have you not replied to my letter? Is everything ok?" as there may be many reasons a person is too busy to reply.
無視されているという確信があるなら、「Are you ignoring me?」
代わりに「Why have you not replied to my letter? Is everything ok?
Please do not "avoid" me!
Can you not "disregard" me!
Please "take notice of" what I am saying!
We can use "do not disregard", "do not avoid", take notice of me, when we want to tell someone to not ignore us. "Ignore" is when we do not want to interact and communicate with someone. We refuse to make verbal, physical, or telephonic contact with someone. You pay no attention or heed to that person when you see the person. You do not acknowledge their presence in a company.
Please do not "avoid" me!
Can you not "disregard" me!
Please "take notice of" what I am saying!
相手にちゃんと相手をして欲しいとき、do not disgard, do not avoid, take notice of meを使うことができます。
Why didn't you reply to my letter? Are you ignoring me?
Did I do something to upset you?
You don't care about me - When someone doesn't care about you or doesn't like you they will ignore you.
Why didn't you reply to my letter? Sometimes people get busy or forgets to respond. First you should confirm if the letter was received then ask why they didn't respond.
when reading or writing letters it is sometimes hard to set the tone. You may have said something that offended or hurt the other person without realising it. That may a reason why they are not responding to your letter. Maybe ask "Did I do or say something to upset you?"
You don't care about me -私のことどうでもいいの?
Why didn't you reply to my letter?
Did I do or say something to upset you?
Don't you ignore me!
Don't you dare ignore me!
'You did not reply to my letter. Why won't you write me a reply?'
