If you want to tell someone you have met before it is good to see them then you would say "It is a pleasure to see you." If it is a new acquaintance you would say "I'm very happy to meet you" or "pleased to meet you".

"It so good to see you." Explains to the person that it is really good to see them. "It great to finally meet you." This explains to the person when you first meet them in person that it is very nice. "I'm so happy to see you" This tell the person that you are very happy to see them.

The three sentences you see are terrific ways to say that you are happy to see someone. If we haven't seen the person in a very long time sometimes we say it has been forever since we saw them. We don't literally mean forever, it is just an expression that we use a lot in our everyday conversation. For example if you have not eaten pizza in a long time you can say "Its been forever since I ate a pizza!". I hope this explanation and these three sentences help you out!

Both of these examples show enthusiasm (!) and excitement to see the other person. You are happy and glad to have seen this person. You can change these sentences up and use time of day, "I am so glad I can see you this morning/ this afternoon/ this evening/ tonight." or you can use 'today' to cover the full day. But when you say it with excitement the person will be able to hear your joy!

You can use 'so' before an adjective to mean something like 'very' or to stress the adjective: "John is so wet!" = John is really wet. To bump into someone means to met someone without planning to meet - for example, if you meet in the supermarket while you are getting your groceries. To make one's day means to have a satisfying day in total, which is further improved because of a specific reason. EG "Henry made my day when he offered to drive me home after the party."
