Memories is the plural form of memory and it means you're remembering a whole bunch of things that happened at a certain time.
People also say "I'm taking a trip down memory lane." which means they're remembering the past and all the memories of the moments that happened to them. Usually it's said when people are discussing the past or if they're going through an old album of photos.
