“Is there a laundromat near by?" が良いかと思います。
＊Laundromat ＝コインランドリー
near by の代わりに ”close by” ”around here" "in this neighborhood" を使用してもOKです。
また、ホテルやアパートだと建物内に洗濯出来るコーナーがあったりするので、それを確認したい場合は "Do you know if there's a washing machine in this building?" 等と聞くと良いと思います！
