調べてみましたが見つかりませんでした。
「私の友達の夫婦」のように説明的に言うしかないと思います。

「友達カップル」と「友達夫婦」は英語には一言で相当する言葉がないです。
その代わりに、このように言います。
my friends who are a couple; a couple I am friends with
my friends are are dating/together
my friends who are a married couple
気をつける点：Couple は夫婦の意味がありますが、couple も二つや二人の数え方の意味もあります。なので a couple of friendsは夫婦の意味ではなくて、二人の友達の意味です。
友達が夫婦ですと伝われたいなら my friends who are a couple; a couple I am friends with; my friends who are together; my married couple friends などが正しいです。

Greg and Sally are friends of mine who are a couple.
