出身地のボストンでは、運転が速い人が多くて勢いよく通過する場合をほぼ気付かなくなっています。通常のことです。
この場合、英語で何と言うのでしょうか？
この「じゃない？」は相手を求める表現です。英語で言えば
「Isn't 〜」です。
You slept only 2 hours. Aren't you tired?
You ate Ramen twice today. Aren't you full?
スピード出し過ぎ
何かが「〜すぎ」と思うとき、素直に言えば「too〜」と言います。
でもアメリカ人はよく、「a bit」「a little」（ちょっと）を使います。
もしかして、相手の同意を求めやすいのではないかと思います。
単に動くのが速いと表現したい場合「going a bit fast」
運転手が運転していることを表現したい場合「drving a bit too fast」と言います。
Aren't you going a bit fast?
Aren't you going a little fast?
Aren't you going a bit too fast?
Aren't you going a little too fast?

speed は動詞で「スピードを出す」という意味があります。
スピード違反の切符は、speeding ticket です。
I got a ticket for speeding. スピード違反で切符を切られました。
というように使うこともできます。
また、drive too fast はそのまま「速く運転しすぎる」ということで、スピードを出しすぎる、となります。
スピードの出しすぎは危険なので、注意したいですね(^ ^;)
You're (contraction) - You are
'You' and 'are' are combined to form 'You're'
Therefore, you can say 'You are driving too fast' or 'You are speeding'.

'Speeding' means that you are driving 'too fast' than is acceptable.

B: Why?
A: You're driving too fast.
You're - You areの省略形
'You' と 'are' はくっつけて'You're'の形になります。
ですので、'You are driving too fast'や'You are speeding'と言う事が出来ます。

'Speeding' とは、スピードの出し過ぎと言う意味で'too fast'より受け入れることが出来る感じがします。__________________________________________________________________________________________________
例
A: Slow down!
（スピード落として）
B: Why?
（なんで）
A: You're driving too fast.
（スピード出し過ぎ）
If someone is going too fast, it may mean that they are speeding or going over the speed limit.
In such a case, you can use any of the above statements. :)
もし誰かが"going too fast"ということは、スピードを出し過ぎて法定速度を超えている、と言う意味です。
このような場合は、上記の表現を使って言い表すことが出来ます :)
"You are driving way over the speed limit."
This means that you are driving way more that the normal speed and you need to drive within the legal speed.
"You are driving way over the speed limit."
これは、制限速度よりもはるかにスピードを出して運転しています、と言う意味です。
A) Slow down! -an act of slowing down.
Example -"a traffic slowdown in the passing lane"
B) You are driving way too fast! - You are driving too fast you need to slow down
*Too -to a higher degree than is desirable, permissible, or possible; excessively.
"he was driving too fast"

B) You are driving way too fast! - スピード出し過ぎ、スピードを落としなさい。
*Too -あまりにも～過ぎる、過剰
"he was driving too fast"（彼の運転はスピード出し過ぎ）

To tell your friend that he's driving a little too fast, you can say:
"You should slow down a little."
"Don't you think you're going a bit too fast?"
"You're speeding."
友達が運転中スピードを出し過ぎていたら、次のように言えます。
"You should slow down a little."（もうちょっとスピードを落とした方がいい）
"Don't you think you're going a bit too fast?"（ちょっとスピード出し過ぎじゃない？）
"You're speeding."（制限速度超えてるよ）
Driving too fast can be scary and also dangerous! Apart from that, if your friend is driving too quickly, he or she runs the risk of being stopped by the traffic police and being issued with a penaly notice. This will incur costs and also penalty points on your friend's licence! Better just to shout in your friend's ear:
"Slow down!"
