No question.が一番簡潔ですが、相手が先生であれば、丁寧に I have no question. と言う方がいいかもしれませんね。
いくつか質問し終えて、もうありませんというのであれば、I have no more questions. と言うのがいいと思います。
日本人は質問しないことで有名（？）ですが、何も質問しないのはやはり印象があまり良くないようです。かといって、無理に質問を考えようとしても出てこないこともあるかと思いますが、簡単な確認でもいいので、できるだけ質問はした方がいいと思います。
そういう私も、以前、ヨーロッパの某国の観光地で、現地ガイド（英語）のツアーにその場で申し込んで参加し、案の定、最後に「何か質問はありませんか」と聞かれて「ありません」と言ってしまったあと、ガイドさんが怪訝な顔をされたので、「実はこの辺りの歴史には明るくないので、説明されたことを聞いているのが精いっぱいで…」と伝えたら、少し納得してもらえました。
簡単なことでいいので、何かひとこと二言でも言う方がいいようですね。
