差別を助長するって英語でなんて言うの？

国が難民の子どもを公立学校から排除しようとしっている。
"The country is planning exclude the children of refugees from public schools."

foment＝「（不和や反乱などを）助長する」
exclude＝「排除する」
refugee children＝「難民の子供たち」
discrimination＝「差別」

The government is excluding refugee children from public schools.
This can foment discrimination.
「政府（国）は難民の子供たちを公立学校から排除している。これは差別を助長しかねない」

「差別につながる」という場合であれば
lead to discrimination、と言えます。

approach＝「取り組み、対策」
lead to～＝「～につながる」
The government’s approach can lead to discrimination.
「国の対策は差別につながる可能性がある」
