流用するって英語でなんて言うの？

部品の場合、「～　can be used for/in ～」や「can be repurposed」という言い方になります。

例えば、

「この部品は他のシステムにも流用できる」＝　These parts can be used in another system / these parts can be repurposed and used elsewhere

「違うシステムだけど部品は同じだからプログラム中の変数は流用できる」＝　It's a different system but the parts are the same so the variables can be used elsewhere

「流用する」を一つの英単語にする事より、部品の使い方を細かく説明した方が分かりやすいと思います。

use for ... = 〜に使用する
repurpose = 転用する、再利用する

「この部品は他のシステムにも流用できる」は「These parts are also compatible with other systems」と訳します。「Compatible」は「合ってる」と言う意味に近くて、動詞ではないけど、この文脈には意味が近いと思います。同じく、「違うシステムだけど部品は同じだからプログラム中の変数は流用できる」は「The system is different, but the parts are the same, so the variables in the program are compatible」と訳します。「Applicable」は「適応できる」という意味です。「These parts are also applicable to other systems」や「The system is different, but the parts are the same, so the variables in the program are still applicable」とも言えます。

Recycleのイメージはゴミから物を使う可能性がありますので、気をつけてください。
