I got an order from one company. 一つの[会社](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36366/)から[注文](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/52953/)が入りました。
We need an invoice for the order. 私たちはその注文の請求書が必要です。
get/got は少しカジュアルな表現です。
「受ける」という意味の receive(d) はビジネスなどでも使われるのでこちらを使用しても良いですね。
