When you want to tell someone to go straight there are many phrases that you can use. They all have the same basic meaning which is go straight and do not go left or right, in other words go straight ahead.

If they need to go in a different direction you can add 'until' followed by the next action.

All three examples explains to the other person to continue straight. All three examples are used if 'straight' is the last direction. (turn left then it is just straight ahead). For the third example you can change the word road to any kind of path (trail, street, ally, pathway, boardwalk).

If you are giving directions then you would simply say go straight on/forward that means they do not have to turn, they just keeping going straight forward until they get there
Depending on if a person is driving in a car or walking you could say this in different ways. For a car you could say "Stay on this street" or "Follow this street".
Pointing can also be helpful, so you might say "Straight ahead in this direction."
