You can begin by welcoming them by saying, "Welcome to Japan/Tokyo/Mount Fuji" Or by mentioning which city or destination you will be their guide at for the day.

Hello ladies and gentlemen - a more formal way to say hello. Also good to thank people for coming to show you are happy to be their guide.
And it's always good to introduce yourself by saying your name so people can ask you questions.
Good Morning/Afternoon(おはようございます/こんにちは)
Hello ladies and gentlemen(みなさん、こんにちは)
Hello ladies and gentlemen. My name is ___ and I will be your guide for today.
Nice to see you all made it. My name is ___ and I will be your guide for today.
Both of these answers are suitable when introducing yourself to a small or large crowd of people.
"Hello ladies and gentlemen" is a formal way of addressing a group whilst "Nice to see you all made it" is a more laid back phrase.

Hello everyone, my name is Katy and it is my pleasure to be acting as your personal guide today
Hi travellers! My name is Katy and I will showing you all some awe-inspiring sights today!
It's neat if you can give the group one collective name such as: everyone, travellers, globe trotters, sight-seers etc. You can tell them your name, and mention what a pleasure it is to be their guide.
The second example sentence is an alternative version, aiming at a more original introduction.
Good morning ladies and gentleman, boys and girls. My name is Sarah and I will be your tour guide for the day.
Hello, I'm Sarah and I'll be showing you around the museum today!
Good afternoon everyone, it is lovely to see you all today. I'm Sarah and I'll be your tour guide today.
The above could all be used in a situation where you are to guide one or more people around a specific area, for example a museum or even a guided bus tour. The indefinite pronoun in the third example could change from everyone to the pronoun you if it was a smaller group or single person. Small adjustments such as the above mentioned example would be needed for most of the sentences in order to be grammatically correct, depending on the number of people and the place your are touring/viewing.
Good day, my name is Sam and I will be your tour guide today.
Hi, I'm Sam and I will be your tour guide today.
When you want to introduce yourself to a tourist group, then you may do so in the following ways:
-Good day, my name is Sam and I will be your tour guide today.
-Hi, I'm Sam and I will be your tour guide today.
You may also add to your introduction that everyone is welcome to ask questions and you would be happy to answer. So, you might say:
-Hi, I'm Sam and I will be your tour guide today. If anyone has any questions about the places we are about to visit; I would be happy to answer any questions you have.
-Good day, my name is Sam and I will be your tour guide today.(こんにちは、私の名前はサムです。
-Hi, I'm Sam and I will be your tour guide today.(こんにちは、私はサムといいます。
-Hi, I'm Sam and I will be your tour guide today. If anyone has any questions about the places we are about to visit; I would be happy to answer any questions you have.
Hi, I'm 〇〇. Today I'm going to show you around (場所).
Hi, I'm 〇〇. I'll be your tour guide for today's (場所) tour.
1) Hi I'm 〇〇. Today I'm going to show you around Tokyo!
”to show+人+around+場所”
2) Hi I'm 〇〇. I'll be your tour guide for today's Shibuya-Harajuku tour.
