「私の授業も、彼の授業も」と考えましょう。
そうすると、

となります。
仮に If you take 〜 などとした場合、実は意味がおかしくなります。
というのは、「あなた」がどちらかの授業を取っても取らなくても内容は同じなので、「取る」ということは条件にならないためです。
ということで、日本語に引きずられて考えると、意味が違ってしまうことがあるので注意してくださいね。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

「私の授業と彼の授業では、カリキュラムに違いはありません」
