Both of these phrases are correct even though they are in different structures. You can use 'cause' or 'due to'.

Disturb and disrupt are synonyms that describe an interference with ones sleep, relaxation or privacy and can be used interchangeably in certain contexts.It is also used to express interference with one's arrangements or plans.
Due to is a nicer and more formal way to express because of.
