決算書って英語でなんて言うの？

「決算」は settling the accounts や closing the accountsと言います。決算書はだいたい financial statementと言います。 なので、企業の2017年度の決算書が欲しいなら　I need the financial statement for the 2017 fiscal yearと言えます。Fiscal yearは会計年度と言います。それに対して暦年は calendar yearと言います。 ご参考になれば幸いです。
