"Is my haircut okay?"
"How does my haircut look?"
"Do you think that my haircut is weird?"

"Is my haircut okay?"(髪型、変じゃないですか)
"How does my haircut look?"(髪型、似合っていますか)
"Do you think that my haircut is weird?"(髪型、変じゃないですか)
Asking if something is "a good look" is a way of finding out if it is the right type of style that fits and doesn't cause the person to look unusual or weird.
Many hairstyles are meant to highlight a person's facial features, and asking if the style "frames one's face" is a way to find out if the new haircut does that.
髪型などが自分に似合っているかどうか(変じゃないかどうか)を尋ねるなら、"a good look"(似合う)を使うことができます。
髪の毛は顔の特徴に合うように切ることが多いです。"Does this haircut frame my face properly?"(この髪型似合っていますか)は、それができているかどうかを尋ねます。
