Of the many well educated and outstanding individuals within my company, I am the only one able to conduct a conversation in English!

The first example delays identfying the 'sole' English speaker until the final word of the sentence. This creates a little suspense for the listener.

英語をしゃべれますと言いたいときは、
'I can speak English'とも使えますが、個人的にはいつも
'CAN'
の代わりに
'I do'という表現を使っております。
なぜかといいますと、'CAN’ の方が特に英語の場合は、相手に対する劣等感を感じさせないということで、'Yes I do speak English'を使います。
'Yes I do'というと、必要ではないが、話すことができるというニュアンスを意味する。

I’m is the contracted form of I am and is the perfect way to inform anyone the subject is yourself In this example you are talking about the place where you are. So it is possible to replace at my workplace with the word here. Alternatively you can talk about somewhere you have been or will go and use the word there.eg I will be the only person there

If you want to say that you are the only person at work that speaks English then you could simply say
'I'm the only one that can speak English at work' although 'I'm the only person at my workplace that speaks English means the same thing.
The term 'English speaker' simply means you speak English
職場で英語が話せる人があなたしかいないなら、シンプルに以下のように言えます：
