他の表現方法として、”there are always two sides" 、何でも両面がある、という言い方もまたよく聞く表現の一つ。 国という対象で言うならば、
”there are always two sides to everything in every country."
と言えば簡単な単語を使った表現ができますね。
また、“goods and bads” というふうにそのまま、ストレートに言ってもまた通じます。

カジュアル会話での発言をイメージした提案になります。
「① Every nation has its good bits and bad bits」。日本語でいうと、「どの国でもいいところもあるし、悪いとこもある」。

every country
→ 「全ての国」と考えます。なお, every＋単数名詞で, これがSの位置に置かれるとVの形は単数Sと同じ扱いになるため注意しましょう。
●～がある
①S have ~
（直訳：Sは～を持っている）
→「～がある」という日本語に対して頻繁に利用される表現です。
②There is 名詞
（～がある）
→「～がある」を直訳した場合に最初に浮かんでくる表現だと思いますが, この表現は注意が必要です。There is 名詞 の 名詞部分は「新しい情報」をおくため, 冠詞のtheや所有格はおきません。
(×) There is the pen on the desk.
(×) There is my pen on the desk.
(〇) There is a pen on the desk.
良い面・悪い面は一般常識としてある程度予測がつくものなので, 今回の日本文を英文化した場合には①②がかなり自然になります。
●良い面/悪い面
①good sides / bad sides
→side = 面
②good aspects / bad aspects
→ aspect = 側面
③advantages / disadvantages
→ メリット / デメリット
※merit / demerit は「長所」「短所」という日本語が近いです。こちらも利用OK。
●国
countryの他にnationを使うことも可能です。「民族」「政治」色が少し強くなります。
〇bothの利用
②のようにboth A and B（AもBも両方）を利用すると, AとBが際立ち強調されます。

The two sentences you see provided above are excellent ways to express to your listener that you think every country has its good sides and bad sides. In the second sentence you will notice the phrase pros and cons. We use this phrase to express that something or someone has good points and bad points.
