相手に心の気持ちを伝えたいならば：

have a good time で「楽しかった」ですが、
good time を強調して発音すると気持ちが伝わりますよ。

Depending on the time of day that you had the date, you can use the word "tonight" if the date was at night, and you can use the word "today" if the date was in the day.
"I enjoyed your company."

Hopefully, when you feel the evening has gone very well, the other person would also have the same feeling. You could express your delight and also ask tentatively and indirectly, if they'd like to repeat the experience: "It's been great fun! Let's do it again!"
Alternatively you could just express your joy of having had such a great date:
"I've so enjoyed this evening!"
"Yes, me too!"
