A direct expression of 'thanks' may appear a little over-dramatic. It may be too direct for the UK mentality. Either of the above sample sentences would suffice.

Thanks for everything is a casual way of saying that you are grateful to your coworkers for the help they have given you during your time with the company.

→ You've been a great colleague to me.

  • It's been great to work with you!, thanks for everything!

If you want to say thanks to co-workers when you leave a job you would say 'Thanks for everything' meaning all they have done. You could add 'it's been lovely/nice to work with you!' to add that you have enjoyed your time working with them as well.
So 'Thanks for everything, it's been lovely/nice to work with you!'
「It's been lovely/nice to work with you!」

Thanks for everything, it's been lovely/nice to work with you!

When you are quitting your job, it is best to show how grateful you are not just in your words but your tone of voice and also in your facial expression. It is best to show sincerity when you use the phrases listed. You can also add the specific things you were thankful for. For example you can say, "Thank you for all the times you have supported me. Thank you John for always helping me on assignments. Thank you Jill for showing me how to use the machine." People will appreciate you remembered and you are thankful for the acts of kindness they showed.
"Thank you for all the times you have supported me."

"Thank you John for always helping me on assignments."

"Thank you Jill for showing me how to use the machine."

「今までありがとう」の直訳は thanks for up until now になります:

thanks =  ありがとう
up until now = 今まで

Thank you for everything you have done for me.

for everything = 全て
you have done = してくれた
for me = 私のため
