1. I try to solve the issues right in front of me.
(とりあえず、目の前のことに取り組むようにしています。)
2. Even though I’m still not sure what I want to do in future, every little task I’m doing now I try to do to the best of my ability.
(将来は何をしたいのか、まだ確信を持って言えないのですが、今のやっているタスクは、力の限り最善を尽くして頑張っています。)

目の前にあることを一生懸命やる
work hard は「頑張る」「努力する」「一生懸命やる」という意味の英語表現です。
