脳の前の部分って英語でなんて言うの？

推測ですみませんが多分前頭葉の事かと思うのでその場合はfrontal lobeです。

前頭葉はfrontal lobeで通じるかと思います。"cortex"は皮質を指すようですね そもそも、少し違った部位になりますが見えているその前頭のところ（つまりおでこ）は "forehead"と言います。 Good luck!!!
