Native speakers will say like this: “I look forward to dining in your restaraunt”.
There are lots of other ways to say it, but this one is the most accurate and most commonly used.

A very clear, easy and natural way to respond to these types of emails. Just like Japanese it is in general very important to respond in a polite way. So whenever you respond to an invitation or a booking always start with a "Thank you" + your message.

- This not only gives thanks for the confirmation, but it also lets the person know that you are excited about the opportunity to experience dining at their restaurant.

- Here, 'look forward to' means the same as being happy about an opportunity to do something in the future. Therefore, you're stating that you are happy to be given the opportunity to visit their restaurant.
