普通はデビットカードで支払いをしていますー I usually pay with/by debit card.
イギリスでは 'pay by credit/debit card',
アメリカでは、'pay with a credit/debit card'のほうが多いかと思います。
また、'Pay in cash' と 'Pay cash'どちらでもよく使われていますので、気軽に使って頂ければと思います。

A 'method of payment' includes all forms: cash, credit cards, Paypal, finance, personal loans, mortgage etc. Different products may have different methods of payment available.
'method of payment'（支払い形式）とは、現金、クレジットカード、ペイパル、融資、個人ローン、貸付金などの形態を表します。それぞれの製品によって可能な支払い形式が変わってきます。
I don't carry cards with me so I only pay in cash..
"Cash is king" is a common expression to say that cash is the best method of payment for goods and services. Alternatively, you can explain that you don't carry bank/credit cards with you, so cash is the only way which you can pay for something. Both of these sentences are acceptable for everyday use.
"Cash is king" は、商品やサービスの支払いをする時は、現金が一番良いという意味です。よく使われる表現です。または：
"I don't carry cards with me so I only pay in cash..."
（カードは持ち歩きません。現金でしか払いません）
どちらの文も、日常会話で使えます。
If you do something alot of the time but not all the time then you can say 'usually' or 'most of the time'
You can use in/with to describe paying money
必ずではないけどそうすることが多いなら、'usually'（普通）や'most of the time'（だいたい）が使えます。
「現金で」は'in cash'か'with cash'と言えます。
