'within' ＝「以内」「範囲内」
'~ yen budget' = 「~円の予算」
「１０００円の予算内」
(2) below 1000 yen
'below' = 「以下」
「１０００円以下」
(3) maximum of 1000 yen
'maximum of ~' = 「最大で〜」「最高で〜」
「最高で１０００円」＝「１０００円以内」
「以内」は「Within」「Under」「Below」のどちらでも使ってもOKです。
（買い物代を）１０００円以内におさめる
→ Keep it within 1000 yen
→ Keep it under 1000 yen
→ Keep it below 1000 yen
は一番簡単な言い方となります。
金額だけではなく様々な場面でも使えます。
一時間以内に終わってほしいです。
→ I want it finished within the hour
→ I want it finished under an hour
フェンス以内に居てください。
→ Please stay within the fence.
「以内」は英語で "within" と言います。
「1000円以内」＝ within 1000 (one-thousand) yen
この言葉はお金だけじゃなくて、時間について話している時も使えます。例えば、
「10分以内に終わらせます。」＝ I will finish within 10 minutes.
「5分以内にできますか？」＝ Can you do it within 5 minutes?
距離にも使えます。例えば、
「駅から２キロ以内の所に住んでいます。」＝ I live within 2 kilometers from the station.
「〇〇以内」は英語で「within 〇〇」という表現で表せます。千円以内は英語で「within 1000 yen」に訳せます。
試験は五十分以内にやらないといけません。
We have to finish the test within fifty minutes.
このアトラクションは一時間以内に乗りそうです。
It looks like we can ride this attraction within an hour.
less than,no more than は以内で使うことができます。
I shouldn't not spend more than 1000 yen. = 1000円以上使わないほうがいいです。
I hope to spend no more than 1000 yen at the shop. =私は店で1000円以下を使いたいと思っています。
I have spent less than a month abroad. = 私は海外で1ヶ月以内を過ごしました。

「○○以内」は"○○ or less"になります。
例えば、
"Please give it to me in one hour or less."
「一時間以内に渡しください。」
"Please spend ¥1,000 or less."
「1000円以内を使ってください。」
ちなみに、「○○未満」だったら"less than ○○"になります。ちょっと順番が変わります！
例えば、
"If you are less than 60 years old, you cannot receive the senior discount."
「60歳未満だったらシニア割引を使えません。」
"Please spend less than ¥1,000."
「1000円未満を使ってください」
もちろん他の言い方もたくさんありますが、これが一番使いやすい言い方だと思います！
