せざるを得ないって英語でなんて言うの？

「○○をせざるを得ない」は英語で have no choice but to ○○ というパターンになります。

例）

辞退をせざるを得ない
I have no choice but to quit

飲まざるを得ない
I have no choice but to drink it

彼はそれを食べざるを得なかった
He had no choice but to eat it
