あるかないかって英語でなんて言うの？

「今月の売り上げは、100万円あるかないかだろう」 "It's a matter of if there is 1 million yen or there isn't regarding this month's sales" など

I suppose this month’s earnings is going to be around 1 million yen. 【訳】おそらく今月の売り上げは100万円あたりになるだろう。 「あるかないか」=「前後」＝「その周辺」という意味で around を使うのが一番簡単かなと思います。
