「あることないこと」は本当のことと嘘のことだから、half-truth と言うと半分真実（ということは半分は嘘）のようになりますし、true or not だと真実か真実でないか、のようにも言えます。
I don't want him telling people half-truths about me.
「彼が私のあることないことを人に言うのをやめて欲しい。」
I don't like it when he tells people all kinds of things about me regardless of whether they are true or not.
「彼があることないこと、私に関するいろんなことを人に言うのがすごく嫌だ。」
