整体師って英語でなんて言うの？

下記の言い方ではいかがでしょうか。

Seitai is a way to regulate the body through stretching and massage activity. This is said to normalize muscle distortions and improve the alignment of the body. The Seitai-shi is a practitioner of the art who treats people by means of Seitai. I'm not sure, but maybe you could compare it to Osteopathic or Chiropractic therapy.

整体は、ストレッチやマッサージの技術を通じての体を調整する方法です。筋肉の「不良」や体のアライメントを改善するための技術と考えられます。整体師は、その技術を使って人を治療する人間です。よく分からないのですが、「整体」は、オステオパシーとか、カイロプラクティックなどに比べそうなものかもしれません。
