答え方は、
I like classical music.
「クラッシックが好きです」
この質問のフレーズは他のジャンルにも使えます。
What type/kind of movies do you like?
「どんな映画が好きですか」
I like comedies.
「コメディが好きです」
What genre of books do you like to read?
「どんなジャンルの本が好きですか」
I like biographies.
「伝記が好きです」
「kind」と「genre(ジャンル）」がありますが、両方とも使えると思います。
どちらかと言うと、英語ネイティブの人だったら「kind」を使った方がいいと思います。
「ジャンル」自体フランス派生なので、発音しずらい上、一般の方は「kind」を使います。
それでも、書くのであれば、「genre」の方を勧めますが。
