I wouldn't be living in such an apartment if I had money.
"I wouldn't live in such a place if I had money."
「お金があったら、こんなところでは住まない」"such a place"は「こんなところ」に相当し、"if I had"は「○○があったら」という意味です。
あと、この場合"...be living"を"...live"の代わりに言えます。
アパートを使いたいときは：
"I wouldn't be living in such an apartment if I had money."
「お金があったら、こんなアパートでは住まない」
