子育てだけでも大変なのに、仕事もするなんて大変！って英語でなんて言うの？

●Women have to wear so many hats at the same time.

「女性は、いくつもの役割を1人で同時に担わなくてもならない。」

wear many hats→ひとりでいくつもの役割を持つこと
at the same time→同時に

●Women have to juggle life, work, and everything else in between.

「女性は、生活・仕事・その他すべてを回さなくてはならない。」

juggle→ジャグリングする、複数のことをいっぺんに回すこと
everything else in between→その他すべて（間にあるものすべて）

★It's hard enough being a mom, but working full-time on top of that is insane!

「母親業だけでも大変なのに、その上にフルタイムで働くなんて凄過ぎる！」

insaneは「狂気的」という意味ですが、上記例文のように「あまりにもすごい」というニュアンスとして使うこともあります。
