may/can はどちらでも大丈夫です。
may の方がちょっと丁寧です。

"You may check in early if you wish as your room is all ready for you" is a formal way of inviting guests to check in early.

To 'check in' is the term used, often in hotels, for when you will notify staff/receptionist that you are here to stay and you have already made a reservation, ex. "I'd like to check into my room please".

For something to be 'ready' this implies that something has been fully prepared and can be done.
