最後のページまでテキストを読んでいただけますか？って英語でなんて言うの？

「最後のページまでテキストを読んでいただけますか？」を言いたいなら Could you read the text until the last page, pleaseが一番文字通りですが、last pageより単にendと言うことの方が多いので、Could you read the text until the end, please?（最後までテキストを読んで頂けますか）の方が普通です。
