  • Congratulations on start of your work!

  • ① Congratulations on landing your first proper, full-time job!

「① Congratulations on landing your first proper, full-time job!」を推奨します。 「[就職](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/43377/)」とは何かをまず定義する必要があります。バイトではないですよね。 だから「first proper, full-time job!」を使いました。おそらく、初めての正社員ですよね。 それを祝うにはCongratulationsという、「おめでとう!」気持ちを表しているのが私の推奨した「① Congratulations on landing your first proper, full-time job!」です。 因みに、「land a job」は「[仕事](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/37171/)をゲットした」というニュアンスです。日本語の感覚とはちょっと異なりますね。文化の違いです。 ジュリアン

  • Congratulations on joining the working class. Enjoy!

  • So, you have landed your first job. Congratulations!

This person was a student before finding his/her first job. Now, he/she belongs to the working class. He/she is now in a different environment and will have to make the most of it. It is important to let the person know about this when congratulating him/her and add 'enjoy'. The phrase "landed your first job" means 'found your first job'. So, should this be a friend who has just graduated from school and has luckily found a first time job, you definitely need to congratulate him/her and say: Congratulations on joining the working class. Enjoy! or So, you have landed your first job. Congratulations!
この人は最初の仕事を見つける前の生徒でした。 いま、彼・彼女は労働階級に所属して、 違う環境にいて自分でやりくりしなければなりません。 彼・彼女を祝福するときはこれについて知らせて、”enjoy”(楽しむ)を用いて知らせる事が大切です。 “landed your first job”(就職する)というフレーズは “found your first job”( 初めての仕事を見つける)という意味です。 なので、友達が卒業して幸福にも就職できたのなら、 このようにお祝いすべきでしょう。 “Congratulations on joining the working class. Enjoy!” (就職おめでとう!楽しんで!) “So, you have landed your first job. Congratulations!” (就職したんだね!おめでとう!)

  • Congratulations on getting a job!

Here are three examples that we can use interchangeably to congradulate someone on finding work. Notice in the first examples that we can use either the nouns, "work," or, "a job." In addition, we can either use the verb, "to get," or, "to find," and have it come out to the same meaning.
