単に「存在」を英語に訳すれば 'existence' という名詞になります。動詞「存在する」がL 'to exist' となります。
しかし、この意味は限っています。

歌詞とかで聞く「大切な存在」はもちろん英語の歌詞にもよく聞きますが、次のようなことになります。

Kikiさんが知りたいものは確かに直訳できません。

部屋に入ったら、その存在感を感じるような場合：

「存在」の言い方はいくつかあります。
名詞としての「存在」ではなく、文全体としての訳を考えてみました。

日本語で「存在」という表現にはいろんなニュアンスが含まれるので、英語で色々な訳ができます。「存在」を直訳すると existence や presenceです。
