ナンパは「Pick-up」と言います。
短縮された言葉で、本来はそのアクティビティを「Picking up girls」とか「Picking up chicks」と言います。
ナンパを極めたナンパ師は「Pick-up Artist」と言います。

flirt はナンパするという意味もあれば、じゃれつく、イチャつく、気のある振りをする、という意味もあります。
