"There's a person who thinks really carefully and organises thoroughly. I think this is his greatest strength." など
organise のスペルに関して、アメリカ英語では organize、イギリス英語では organise が使われる傾向にあります。どちらも正解です。
「強み」は英語で strength と言います。人に「○○が強み」と伝えたいなら ○○ is your strength と言えます。
例えば Your ability to plan is your strength（しっかり[準備する](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/33992/)のが強み）と言えます。
強みの反対は weakness と言います。同じように ○○ is your weakness と言えます。例えば You inability to plan is your weakness（しっかり準備ができないことが[弱み](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/72717/)）と言えます。

Forteは頻繫に使う言葉ではないと思いますが、珍しくはないです。意味は強み、得意な事です。

日常会話ではgood at をよく使います。Forteと同じく意味は強みと得意な事です。

"strength"：
「長所」のような言い方です。よく人の"weakness"（「弱点」）と同時に説明されています。
"what he/she is best at"：
「彼が一番得意なこと」の直訳です。その人のスキルの中で、一番優れている点を指摘するためです。
"his/her specialty"：
「特徴」・「専門」に近いです。他の人の能力に比べるときに使えます。
例文："His greatest strength is his ability to put a lot of thought into thoroughly preparing."＝「一生懸命考えてしっかり準備することは彼の一番の強みです。」
