反応って英語でなんて言うの？

「反応」は英語で 'reaction' と言います。
お客様の反応といって、この表現を使えばいいです。

例文：
「アメリカの観客が店員はチップを期待しないことにびっくりな反応をした。」
'The American tourists' reaction was surprised when they learned the staff did not expect tips.'

「新しいテレビCMに対する反応がとても悪かった。」

「反応」は英語では、一般的に"reaction"といいます。例えば、「顧客の反応」は"clients' reactions"となります。
他に、"response"という単語も使うことができます。
