英語だなかなか訳せない単語ばかりですがネイティヴが使う言い方で変えるとこのようになります:
「相談に乗る」は英語で無い単語ですが、"listen to me" (話を聞いてくれる）"be there for me" (そばにいてくれるというニュアンス）や "talk to" (その人に話せる) になります。
又、「お世話になる」は日本ならではの文化的な言葉なので英語で直接訳すのは無理ですが、近くて "be taken care of" (見てくれる）"be there for me" (また、そばにいてくれるの意味です）。
二つの単語は英語で似てるので両方訳して使うとくどくなるので、こちらの例文はどうでしょう:
They are the person that has been there for me when I need them. = 「その人は必要に時にそばにいてくれる」
They are the person that I appreciate so much for always being there for me. = 「いつもそばにいてくれるので感謝している人」
They are the person that I can always count on when I need them. = 「その人は必要な時に必ず頼れる人である」
