「いちいち指図すんなよ！」は英語ではこのようです。
(1) Don't tell me what to do!
(2) Stop telling me what to do!
いちいち→ non stop
指図→ directions （指示）、instructions (説明）、orders (命令）
例えば
A: My boss won't stop giving me orders. He has yelled at me so many times!
A: 私のボスにいちいち指図されている。何回も叱られている。
B: Ohh really??
B：本当ですか？
A: Yeah! I want to say to him "don't tell me what to do!"
A: そうですよ。「いちいち指図すんなよ！」と言いたいんですが。
