油が●度になるまで、食材を鍋に入れないでって英語でなんて言うの？

"anything"をそのまま食材の名前に置きかえて言うことも出来ます。

この場合は、"gets to"で「達する」と訳せます。

"degrees"で「～度」と言う意味になります。

1) Wait until the oil reaches ◯ degrees before you put the ingredients in the pot.
「鍋に食材を入れる前に、油の温度が◯度になるまで待ってください。」

2) You have to wait until the oil gets to xx degrees and then you can put the ingredients in the pot.
「油の温度が◯度になるまで待ってから、鍋に食材を入れてください。」

「油の温度が◯度になる」は
the oil reaches ◯ degrees
the oil gets to ◯ degrees
と言えます。
