Account executive は担当のことです。

英語で「担当者」と翻訳すれば、「the person in charge」になる。担当の先生は "homeroom teacher" や "teacher in charge"を言えるけど、別の仕事なら "the person in charge"は結構です。
「いなくなりました」は「仕事をやめた」という意味なら "has left the position" や "is no longer with us" を使える。理由を言いたくないときこのフレーズも使える。
最後に "is not here" は「今いらっしゃらない」を指す。
