Whether you are pointing to an item or showing it to the clerk, you can ask, "Do you have this snack in a smaller package?"(Package refers to the container the snack is in such as a bag, box, etc.)
Or you could ask, "Do you carry this in a smaller size?" (Carry is asking if they have it in the store or have it in stock.)

The most common way to ask is "do you have a smaller one?" or "is this the cheapest one?"
When you ask if there is a cheaper one, the clerk would respond by either yes or no. If yes, you can ask the price of the product.
When asking "is this the cheapest one?" the clerk would either say "yes, it is." or "no, there is a cheaper one."
You can even ask, "may I have the cheapest one, please?"
When you add "please", it shows that you being polite.
最も安いものがあるかどうか聞くと、店員はyesかnoで答えるでしょう。もし、yesなら、品物の値段を聞くといいでしょう。
「Is this the cheapest one?（これが一番安いですか）」と聞くと、店員は「Yes, it is.（はい、そうです）」か「no, there is a cheaper one.（いいえ、もっと安いのがあります）」と答えると思います。
「May I have the cheapest one, please?（一番安いのを頂けますか）」と聞くこともできます。
「please」を加えると丁寧になります。
Both of these answers are good ways of asking if a snack bar or restaurant serves smaller portions of the food you want. We could expand the first answer to include the particular food, for example - "Do you serve smaller portions of the prawns?"
Most kids find it difficult to eat adult portions, so you may be asking on behalf of your child for a smaller portion size.

A) The indefinite pronoun "one" is referring to the snack in question. "A smaller size" is more commonly used, but "portion" is also fine.
B) This is a more direct way of saying it if the person already knows what you are talking about.
To ask: "Do you have the one that has less pieces?" might cause some confusion depending one what you are asking for. For example, if you were asking for wasabi peas this would make no sense because nobody would count the amount of wasabi peas in a package.
Thus, just asking for "a smaller size" would be practical in most situations.
A) 不定代名詞の"one"は、お菓子を指しています。"a smaller size"（小さいサイズ）がよく使われますが "portion"（量）を使っても大丈夫です。
B) これはより率直な言い方で、相手が既に何について話しているのか分かっている状況で使います。

一つ目の英文の“Do you have a smaller one?”が一番使われています。
同じく、もっと多いのだったら“Do you have a bigger one?”を使います。
確かにもっと多い場合はmoreで良く、少ない場合はfewerとlessで大丈夫です。ただし、英文の作り方が変わります。
moreは簡単で可算名詞でも不可算名詞でも使えます。
例）Do you have one with more cookies?
例）Do you have one with more cake?
lessは不可算名詞と使います。
例）Do you have one with less cake?
fewerは可算名詞と使います。
例）Do you have one with fewer cookies?
こんな風にfewerとlessを使えますが、それでも1の“Do you have a smaller one?”の方が自然な言い方です！

Smaller sizes are often cheaper. This means that in asking for something smaller you are actually asking for something cheaper.
If the person has said that they do not have anything smaller if they do not understand you; you may directly ask them for a 'cheaper version.'
